Tech Lead/Front End Engineer (React/with Node.js).

We are looking for Tech Lead/Frontend Engineer to join our Melingo AI Team! 

Melingo AI, a subsidiary of Britannica, is a leading company for AI solutions based on natural language processing (NLP).

Melingo’s products include unique enterprise solutions for data retrieval insights, smart search engines, online dictionaries, and text-to-speech (TTS). Melingo also markets unique enterprise solutions worldwide in computational linguistics in various languages.Melingo is also providing B-2-G (governemnt) solution for English Language Learning with the use if AI and VR.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead the development team in implementing front-end solutions using React (and Node.js. if/when required)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable and efficient applications.
•  Utilize expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to optimize deployment and maintenance processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the team in implementing best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in React and hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• High level of English
