About the Role:

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer you will own end-to-end quality for new feature development and core platform functionality. You will partner with product managers, designers and engineers to translate requirements into robust test strategies, design and maintain test plans, execute detailed test cases across web, mobile and API layers, and report defects that impact user experience. You will drive regression cycles, maintain test artifacts (STD, STP, STR) and continuously improve QA processes. This role offers high autonomy, direct impact on product reliability, and exposure to both front-end and back-end technical challenges in a fast-moving, data-driven gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test new UI/UX features and back-end functionality across web and mobile platforms.
• Review product requirements and specifications to define comprehensive test coverage.
• Design, document and maintain structured test plans and test cases focused on real-world use cases, cross-platform consistency and edge scenarios.
• Author and manage standard test documentation including STD, STP and STR artifacts.
• Execute end-to-end regression and sanity test cycles to ensure stability before each release.
• Validate APIs with tools like Postman and perform basic scripting to verify workflows and error handling.
• Use browser developer tools and log analysis to diagnose issues and isolate root causes.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management and design teams to communicate quality findings and user experience feedback.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps, severity assessment and suggested workarounds.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, work independently and mentor junior testers when needed.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Hands-on testing of web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with test management and issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong UI and functional testing skills, including multi-step user flows and complex workflows.
• Experience designing and executing regression and sanity test suites.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools plus basic scripting capabilities.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, server logs and network analysis.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to author detailed test documentation and manage test scenarios.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
