About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team responsible for developing and evolving a large-scale production platform.

You will work across frontend and backend systems, contributing to both new product functionality and improvements to existing services. The position offers substantial technical ownership and the opportunity to influence how solutions are designed, built, released, and improved over time.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering colleagues, turning product and business requirements into reliable technical solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously, making technical decisions, and operating in an environment where priorities and requirements can evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product features, from understanding requirements and defining the technical approach through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop modern customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs within a distributed architecture.
• Work with internal and external integrations and contribute to intelligent and automated product capabilities.
• Make technical and architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the ongoing modernization and evolution of an established production platform.
• Work within a continuous-delivery environment and take responsibility for solutions after they reach production.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and development speed.
• Maintain strong engineering standards through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other engineers to translate user and business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Proactively communicate progress, blockers, risks, and proposed solutions within a distributed team.

Required Competencies and Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend engineering experience with one or more modern server-side technologies.
• Experience with Go, or willingness to work with Go as part of the backend stack.
• Proven experience designing and delivering substantial functionality within production software products.
• Good understanding of distributed applications, APIs, cloud environments, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and the principles behind scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Ability to independently analyze product and technical requirements and determine appropriate implementation approaches.
• Experience working in fast-paced product environments with frequent releases and evolving priorities.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
