About the Role:
We’re looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Team Leader to join Elementor and take full ownership of one of its highest-impact growth channels. This role is focused on scaling affiliate and influencer programs and driving measurable revenue growth.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — covering everything from defining global strategy and building programs to managing partnerships and optimizing performance.

Operating at the intersection of partnerships, performance marketing, and the creator economy, this role requires a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage analytics and AI tools to continuously improve results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute global affiliate and influencer channel strategy aligned with growth targets.
  • Design and manage commission structures, partnership terms, tier architecture, and performance incentives.
  • Build and scale inbound and outbound pipelines of high-impact partners.
  • Recruit SEO publishers, paid media partners, email marketers, influencers, educators, and content creators.
  • Own partner lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, activation, and long-term account development.
  • Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with key accounts across industries and regions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, delivering proactive support.
  • Set and track monthly and quarterly KPIs: new subscribers, revenue contribution, ROI, and activation rates.
  • Create and manage channel marketing assets: affiliate emails, creative briefs, banners, landing pages, and campaign materials.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead affiliate and influencer managers as the channel scales.

 

Required Competence and Skills:

  • 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing in SaaS, B2C, or SMB environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling performance-driven affiliate or influencer programs.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning KPIs, interpreting data, and driving decisions.
  • Creative negotiator with experience structuring win-win partnership deals.
  • Experience managing affiliate budgets.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for outreach, content generation, and workflow automation.
  • Professional English proficiency in written and verbal communication.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the WordPress and web creation ecosystem.
  • Experience managing remote or offshore teams and mentoring team members.
  • Background in SEO, paid media, or email marketing disciplines.
  • Existing network of affiliate publishers or influencer relationships.
