It generates unique ad creatives on the fly—analyzing page content, audience signals and brand guidelines—and serves them within milliseconds of each impression. Every served creative is tracked and evaluated, feeding live experimentation and AI-driven feedback loops that continuously evolve campaign performance. The platform handles high-throughput ad serving, a mix of advanced frontend interfaces, scalable backend microservices, and data-intensive pipelines. Strong engineers are critical to maintaining low-latency delivery, ensuring reliability under heavy load, and translating complex AI and optimization logic into intuitive, data-rich user experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive development of core product surfaces used daily by advertisers: campaign management, creative workflows, experimentation tools and real-time insights. You will own features end-to-end—from product requirements and system design through implementation, testing and production deployment. You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, backend and data teams to translate complex optimization and bidding logic into clean, performant APIs and user interfaces. This role offers high ownership, rapid iteration with a small, fast-moving team, and direct impact on system architecture, technical direction and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement backend services and RESTful or gRPC APIs in collaboration with AI and infrastructure teams.
• Build and own major parts of the core application: campaign management UI, experimentation workflows and real-time insight dashboards.
• Translate optimization, pacing and creative evolution logic into clean, intuitive frontend components using React and TypeScript.
• Lead feature development from concept through architecture, coding, testing and production rollout.
• Optimize performance, reliability and maintainability across frontend and backend codebases.
• Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, design patterns and scalable system architecture.
• Collaborate with product leaders and founders to refine requirements and deliver features rapidly.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience building production fullstack systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience in Python or Node.js, with preference for Python.
• Deep understanding of API design, client–server architectures and microservices.
• Experience building data-rich UIs: dashboards, complex forms and real-time insights.
• Strong system design skills, product-oriented thinking and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL; familiarity with BigQuery and Redis is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality code quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical designs clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AdTech components such as DSPs or RTB systems.
• Background in building experimentation or A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with performance monitoring, logging and frontend instrumentation.
• Exposure to design systems or component-driven architecture.
• Prior work on AI-driven or generative AI product workflows.
