About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend emphasis to architect and build the core application surfaces used by advertisers every day: campaign management, creative workflows, experimentation tools, and real-time insights dashboards. This role offers end-to-end ownership—defining feature requirements with product stakeholders, designing system architecture, implementing code across frontend and backend, and maintaining production services.

You will collaborate closely with teams responsible for AI, data engineering, and backend infrastructure to translate complex optimization logic into simple, intuitive user experiences. With significant influence on both technical direction and product strategy, you will help establish best practices, shape system architecture, and ensure high performance and reliability in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement core UI surfaces for campaign setup, creative editing, experimentation control, and performance monitoring.
• Translate complex optimization and pacing algorithms into intuitive, data-rich dashboards and forms.
• Own feature development from concept through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensure backend reliability, and refactor code for scalability.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, design patterns, and system architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and founders to clarify requirements and ship high-impact features rapidly.
• Integrate real-time data pipelines and event-driven services to support low-latency ad delivery.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and stability.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer building production-grade systems.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Solid backend experience in Node.js with TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and implement data-rich UIs such as dashboards, insights panels, and complex forms.
• Expertise in system design, API architecture, and client-server interactions.
• Product-oriented mindset with attention to detail and usability.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and owning end-to-end delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AdTech, DSP, or RTB systems.
• Experience building experimentation or A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
• Background in performance monitoring and frontend instrumentation.
• Knowledge of design systems and modular component architectures.
