The product is a real-time, AI-native creative and optimization engine for programmatic advertising. It generates unique ad creatives on the fly, evaluates performance from every impression, and continuously evolves campaigns through live experimentation and AI-driven feedback loops. Operating at high throughput and millisecond-scale latency, the platform combines generative language and vision models, modern frontend frameworks, and robust backend microservices. It analyzes page content, audience signals, and brand guidelines to serve contextually relevant ads before page load. Engineers face challenges around API design, event-driven architectures, system reliability under load, real-time data processing, and end-to-end performance optimization. Strong engineering contributions directly shape the core user experience, product capabilities, and campaign outcomes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own and build the core application surfaces used daily by advertisers—campaign management dashboards, creative workflow tools, experimentation modules, and live insight panels. You will drive features from concept through architecture, implementation, testing, and production deployment. Collaborating closely with AI, data, and infrastructure teams, you will help define service APIs, improve system performance, and establish engineering best practices. This role offers significant autonomy and impact: you will shape both product direction and technical strategy in a fast-paced environment, deliver rapid iterations, and ensure the platform scales reliably at high volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement backend services and RESTful/GRPC APIs in collaboration with AI and infrastructure teams
• Lead end-to-end feature development: design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Optimize system performance and reliability across frontend and backend codebases
• Establish and advocate engineering best practices, design patterns, and scalable system architecture
• Integrate real-time data pipelines and event-driven processing for live experimentation feedback loops
• Collaborate with product and founding team to refine requirements and ship features quickly

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years as a full-stack engineer building production systems
• Proven backend expertise in Node.js (TypeScript preferred) and API design
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for complex, data-rich user interfaces
• Deep understanding of client–server architectures, microservices, and real-time data handling
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and in-memory stores (Redis)
• Solid system design skills, product-oriented thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality code under tight deadlines
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AdTech, DSP, or real-time bidding systems
• Background in experimentation platforms or A/B testing frameworks
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, frontend instrumentation, and observability tooling
• Exposure to design systems or scalable component architectures
• Previous work on AI-driven workflows or generative-model integrations
