We’re in search of a self-driven individual to support our growing operations across Europe.

Our future operational specialist is comfortable with communicating with people across teams and departments, is able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and knows how to effectively estimate and manage time spent on a variety of tasks. If you’re a natural coordinator with a sense of “big picture” objectives and an eye for detail, there’s never been a better time to put your skills to use.

 

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and improving daily operation processes in a remote environment;
  • Conduct procurement researchers;
  • Help establish communication and coordination with vendors (hardware, office space, insurance);
  • Support smooth onboarding of personnel in various locations;
  • Manage remote office space environment;
  • Organize insurance services across the organization;
  • Organize business trips;
  • Communicate with employees on a variety of incoming daily requests;
  • Support operational documentation and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  • This is not your first job in the administrative/operational field;
  • Strong knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – must;
  • Focus on details is your default condition;
  • Proven ability to collect and analyze data and report on measurable results;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills – must;
  • English level: upper intermediate and above (both, spoken and written);
  • Romanian level: at least basic verbal and written communication (pre-intermediate or higher);
  • Travel management experience will be an advantage.
