About the Role: 

We are seeking a Fullstack Team Lead to join a purpose-driven team building transformative solutions in health tech. You will lead a team of engineers in the development of both web and mobile applications, driving the technical roadmap and ensuring high-quality delivery. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact through technology while working in a modern, fast-paced environment. As a Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, manage the agile development process, and foster technical excellence within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Fullstack team in planning and developing web and mobile applications, optimizing high-scale solutions from database and backend to client side.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.
• Actively contribute to coding and technical problem-solving, driving high-quality development standards.
• Manage agile development cycles: sprint planning, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Mentor and develop engineers to support their high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams (including working with Figma designs) to translate product requirements into high-quality implementations.
• Ensure high standards of testing and quality assurance across all deliverables.

Required Competence and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience leading a development team (3–5 members), including team management, mentoring, and driving technical excellence.
• Proven experience managing full development cycles: sprint planning, delivery, quality assurance — in close collaboration with Product and Design teams (including working with Figma and product requirements).
• 4+ years of hands-on Fullstack development experience for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React in production environments.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Proven experience in system design and software architecture.
• Experience establishing and managing QA processes and ensuring high product quality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience building high-scale distributed systems.
• Background in healthcare or IoT products.
