Who we are:
Adaptiq is a fast-scaling SW engineering company, with over 200 people, that establishes and hosts Global Software Teams and R&D centers in multiple delivery locations in Europe and serves the top-tier startups and enterprises in Israel.
We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Sales team and deliver a high-class value Israeli Hi-Tech market.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership over a portfolio of existing clients, leverage ongoing relationships and become the client’s true key champion and partner within Adaptiq.
- Identify all relevant decision makers, maintain org charts, resolve ongoing complex issues, deliver value and growth.
- Prospect for new clients, build a solid pipeline and execute the entire sales cycle from lead generation to managing the sales process to contract signature.
- Collaborate with Adaptiq delivery and operations to ensure successful engagement and amazing client experience.
- Report to Co-founder, Chief Revenue. Hit quarterly and annual targets (OTE 60% existing accounts, 40% new clients).
Competence and skills:
- A self-starter, C-level facing consultative professional with at least 5+ years of account management experience with a strong preference for software outsourcing companies.
- Proven experience managing B2B client portfolios (specifically high-tech companies) with an annual value exceeding 5M$.
- Proven commercial expertise in new business development, high-stakes negotiation on pricing strategies and terms & conditions.
- Highly collaborative team player and able to perform and deliver under high-pressure.
- Solid network and relationships within the Israeli high-tech ecosystem.
- Native Hebrew and full proficiency in English.
