About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Frontend (React/Next.js) Developer to help shape the future of an innovative get-paid-to platform from the ground up. 

As an early team member, you’ll have unprecedented influence on our product direction while working remotely with our tight-knit, collaborative team. You’ll own the end-to-end development of engaging user interfaces, tackle exciting technical challenges, and directly impact how users interact with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Frontend development focusing on building robust and scalable solutions from scratch;
• Independently analyze project requirements, define the implementation strategy, and oversee the end-to-end Frontend development process, from ideation to deployment;
• Ensure the Frontend application is responsive, fast-loading, and accessible across various devices and platforms, maintaining scalability to support expanding user base.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend development using React and Next.js;
• 6+ years of experience using JavaScript (ES6+);
• Proficient with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel;
• Experience in performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, caching);
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS;
• Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries;
• Proficient in integrating Frontend systems with both REST APIs and GraphQL;
• Familiarity with Node.js and server-side rendering techniques.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with design systems and developing reusable components;
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for effective collaboration with designers;
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library, Jest, or Cypress;
• Exposure to serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify);
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
